Create your landlord account
Sign up on the ElefyMove landlord portal, then complete identity and property verification.
List your property
Add photos, amenities, monthly price, and availability. Your identity and property ownership are verified before you can list; listings can additionally earn an optional staff-reviewed badge.
Receive and approve bookings
Tenants send requests; you review their profile and accept or decline. No obligation to accept every application.
Sign the contract and get paid
A digital rental agreement is generated automatically. Once signed by both parties, rent collection starts on your schedule.

- Furnished apartments, condos, and houses suitable for long-stay tenants (1 month minimum). Properties must be in Thailand and meet ElefyMove's quality standard: reliable internet, basic furnishings, and a verifiable address.
- How much does ElefyMove charge landlords?
- ElefyMove charges a commission on the monthly rent collected. The exact rate is shown during listing setup and deducted automatically from each payout — there are no upfront listing fees.
- Who are the typical ElefyMove tenants?
- Remote workers, digital nomads, expats on work permits or DTV visas, and professionals relocating to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, or Phuket for assignments of 1–12 months. Tenants are primarily from Europe, North America, East Asia, and Southeast Asia.
- Can I list a property I am currently managing for an owner?
- Yes. Property managers and real-estate agencies can create a landlord account and list properties under management, provided they hold a valid management agreement with the owner.
- What happens if a tenant causes damage?
- The platform captures a move-in condition report (photos + sign-off) and a move-out condition report. The security deposit is held by you as the landlord and can be applied to documented damage in excess of normal wear and tear. ElefyMove provides the documented evidence; disbursement decisions remain with you.
