Apply via the landlord portal. Agent accounts are verified within 48 hours.

Elefy generates the contract, collects rent via PayPal, and records every transaction. You focus on the match — not the paperwork.
Receive your commission automatically

- How is my commission protected if a tenant books directly later?
- If you introduced the tenant to the property within the protected period (specified in the agent agreement), the commission is owed regardless of how the final booking is made. The introduction is logged on the platform at the time of referral.
- Can I list properties I already manage?
- Yes. If you have a management agreement with a property owner, you can list their properties under your agent account. You set the commission split with the landlord, and Elefy records both.
- Do I need a Thai real-estate licence to partner with Elefy?
- Thailand does not require a formal licence to act as a property agent for rentals. However, Elefy partner agents must be identifiable individuals or registered businesses with verifiable contact information.
- What markets does Elefy serve?
- Currently Bangkok (Thonglor, Ekkamai, Ari, Asok, Sukhumvit corridor), Chiang Mai (Nimman and old city area), and Phuket (Rawai, Patong, Bang Tao). New cities are added based on demand.
- Does Elefy charge agents a listing or membership fee?
- There is no upfront fee to create an agent account or submit listings. Elefy earns from a platform fee on each completed rental; the agent's commission is a separate agreed amount paid by the landlord.
