This is Elefy's original, first-party dataset of average and median monthly rents (THB) across Thailand, broken down by city, district and bedroom count — compiled from live Elefy listings and verified bookings, current as of 28 July 2026.
Every figure below is an aggregate of real Elefy market data. To protect privacy and statistical significance, any city/district/bedroom group with fewer than 5samples is suppressed entirely and does not appear. Figures are not estimates or scraped third-party listings — they are computed directly from Elefy's own platform.
How we compiled this data
Average and median advertised monthly rent (THB) of currently published Elefy listings, grouped by city, district and bedroom count. Groups with fewer than 5 listings are omitted.
