ElefyMove's community relies on honest, first-hand experiences. These rules apply to reviews, posts, comments, guides, and photos, and are part of ElefyMove's Terms of Service.
Be Honest
- Share only first-hand experiences — your own stay, visit, or interaction.
- No fabricated or paid-for reviews. Content must reflect a genuine experience, not compensation from a landlord, agent, or business.
- Disclose any conflict of interest — for example, if you work for or are related to the business or landlord you're reviewing.
Prohibited Content
- Defamatory or insulting statements about people or businesses.
- Knowingly false information.
- Other people's personal data (phone numbers, ID numbers, addresses) posted without their consent.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Spam, repeated self-promotion, or advertising outside business-tagged posts.
- Anything unlawful under Thai law, including the Computer-related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended. Posting unlawful content can carry criminal liability for the poster.
Your Licence to ElefyMove
By posting content, you grant ElefyMove the licence described in the Terms of Service, Section 10.
Moderation & Takedown
Anyone can report content using the Report button. ElefyMove reviews reports and may remove or restore content — see the Content Removal page for how this works. Repeat violations may lead to account suspension.
